I want you to get the help and healing you deserve.

Who am I?

Hello! My name is Nardine and I am a  licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Connecticut and Florida.

I have specialized post masters training as a Marriage and family therapist that allows me to help couples make real changes.

I understand the impact that our family of origin, our past experiences may have on how we show up in our romantic relationships. My goal is help you and your partner identify the patterns that are keeping you stuck and understand how each of you can change the negative cycle.

When I am not in the therapy space, I enjoy dancing, traveling and spending time with my three kids and my husband.
